GRP water tanks are manufactured by hot-press moulding sheets of unsaturated composite reinforced with chopped glass fibre, cured under high pressure and temperature. The panels are produced in moulds heated up to 150°C in high-tonnage presses. GRP tank surface area ranges from 1 m² to 10,000 m² and capacity from 0.5 m³ to 20,000 m³. Tensile strength 99.5 MPa, flexural strength 165 MPa. pH (20°C) 6.9, glass fibre content 32.1%, density 1.8 kg/dm³.

UV Protection

Thanks to UV insulation there is no algae or bacteria growth; low thermal conductivity.

Modular Installation

Surface area from 1 m² to 10,000 m², capacity from 0.5 m³ to 20,000 m³.
